Initial Contractual Deposit

For projects over $2,000 only, please understand the terms below.

The Customer agrees to pay a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total project cost to initiate the work. The deposit can be made via check, cash, electronically.

The Customer is required to submit a deposit to initiate services. Electronic signatures are accepted as

legally binding. The deposit is non-refundable, and in case of cancellation, it serves as compensation for the Contractor’s reserved time and resources.
